Could not have wished for a better experience! This shop is unbelievably personable. Run by people who really care about their products and the people that buy them. I've never come across such a homely customer service in my life. Real people, not reading from a script!! Anyway, the egg chair arrived very quickly and we are blown away. The quality is unreal.
